Our client is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused X-Ray / Fluoroscopy Technologist to join their growing diagnostic imaging team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, patient-centered clinical environment with a focus on high-quality diagnostic imaging and exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will perform General X-Ray and Fluoroscopy examinations, ensuring high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality General X-Ray and Fluoroscopy examinations in accordance with established protocols.
Prepare patients for procedures and explain examinations clearly.
Ensure exceptional patient care while maintaining professionalism and compassion throughout the imaging process.
Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to radiation safety standards.
Assist with and perform fluoroscopy procedures as required.
Maintain accurate patient records and examination documentation.
Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient care.
Follow applicable provincial regulations, quality assurance standards, and infection prevention protocols.Qualifications
Registration with ACMDTT.
CAMRT certification/registration.
Demonstrated competence in General Radiography and Fluoroscopy.
Experience performing Fluoroscopy procedures in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of digital radiography and fluoroscopy equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care and image quality.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
